PRICING

All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars.

EXPIRATION

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

REDEMPTION

You are not required to set a booking time/date when you purchase your gift voucher. Voucher must be presented at the time of booking. All Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable (unless for a medical reason). Vouchers can be exchanged for another Bungy NZ activity, however if the new activity is of greater value than the Gift Voucher the difference must be paid at the time of booking.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

All Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. No-shows and cancellations will not be refunded. If the voucher is exchanged for an activity of lesser monetary value the difference will not be refunded but can be put towards photos and videos. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Please see ‘terms and conditions’ for further details regarding your booking.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

Vouchers will be generated as PDFs and emailed to the customer (by default) at the time of purchase. If the customer wishes for the voucher to be sent via post they must check this option at the time of purchase. The voucher will then be mailed to the address supplied within one week.
